Most of the “graphic design” I’ve done has been for work (with the Blue Thunder Marching Band) or for class. I’ve done a few T-shirt designs, which I suppose count as graphic design, so I’ll post them here, as well.

This is the poster designed for my BFA thesis art show.

The following few images are two page spreads taken from a huge project I did at the beginning of the semester. Boise State Symphonic Winds was invited to play at the annual College Band Directors National Association, and I made the program. It was a lot of fun, a learning experience, and a great opportunity all around. These are only a few of the pages taken from the entire sixteen page book.

This is a poster I designed for recruitment into Kappa Kappa Psi. Ryan attached it to the computer for me.
And yes, there once was text in all that white space.

This is the recruitment poster for Blue Thunder. Join now. Photoshop and Illustrator.

This was the original CD cover, before we realized that the recording of Rhapsody in Blue was nonexistant, and would therefore not make the final CD. Photoshop.

Did this in illustrator, for work.

This was something I did for work. The best I could do with so much text… Photoshop.

Another shirt design for the mellophones. Still sexy smooth and loud as hell. ![]()

A shirt design based off of American Gothic. Fun times.

This is the shirt design for the District Three Marching Band Competition in 2008. Illustrator.

This is the mellophone shirt for the 2008 season. I drew it on paper, and Ryan put it into photoshop and illustrator for me.

This is the mellophone section shirt for the 2006 season. Same thing medium-wise here.

A t-shirt design for the Western District of Kappa Kappa Psi. Done in illustrator.

These were made with photoshop. If you look carefully, you can see reflections in the bubbles.

This is “word art.” We were asked to pick one noun, one verb, one adjective, and one onomatopoeia. Then we were supposed to take those words and turn them into art. This was done with Adobe Illustrator.

We were to take three photographs and turn them into one image with photoshop.
